This book has been crafted based on my 15 years of experience as a permanent faculty in Banaras Hindu University and more than 22 years of learning and Teaching professional with various reputed tourism and hospitality educational Institute throughout the India and Abroad, research and interaction with my colleagues, students and industry friends. I have gathered valuable insights into the expanse of the faculty of tourism and Hospitality Management. The book sets out to provide to its reader the universal aspects of tourism and hospitality industry and its various service providers. The format of the book has been designed to help researchers, students and academician pursuing systematic study of Tourism and Hospitality sector as a career both at undergraduate as well as higher education at school, college University, management institutes & service providers also.
