The Animal Law Study Club, UPES was constituted as a platform for students and faculty members to come along to discuss and study topics related to Animal Law. The club provides opportunities for networking, sharing resources, and gaining insights into the ethical treatment of animals and the legal framework surrounding it. The field of animal law is an emerging area of legal practice and university teaching, and the club aims to contribute to the growth and initiates to promote Animal Laws. To accomplish this we conduct guest lectures, panel discussions, and various sessions at both intra-university and national levels, fostering a dynamic leaming environment. The club serves as a hub for animal advocacy and networking due to its collaborations and various campaigns and events. The club invokes a sense of activism in the students and initiates to promote welfare along with the much-needed law. It gives immense opportunity to gain practical experience by securing intemships with renowned organizations due to the knowledge and volunteering themselves to work hands-on with aninsal rescue groups.
